All pricing for Water2O services is provided on a per-project basis following our initial water test and consultation. We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or surprise charges.

A detailed written estimate will be provided before any work begins. This estimate will include a complete breakdown of equipment costs, installation labor, and any additional services. No work will commence without your written approval of the estimate.

Payment terms are as follows: a deposit is required to order equipment and schedule installation, with the remaining balance due upon completion of installation and your satisfaction with the system's performance. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Water2O and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Water2O for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

Water2O does not guarantee that our services will meet all of your requirements or that the operation of installed equipment will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do guarantee that all systems will be installed to manufacturer specifications and will perform as designed based on the water conditions identified during testing.

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
